The entirety of HYPERBOREALZONE is scheduled for maintenance on January 8th at 8:00 UTC. Services will be intermittent, and it is unknown how long it will take. Some of the things that will be done during this time include:

  • Shutting down the Akkoma instance
  • Moving HBZ to a different server setup
  • Upgrading software wherever possible

It is important to note that email will also be intermittent, so anyone attempting to sign up to HBZ sites at this time may experience difficulty receiving confirmation emails (not that it’s super likely anyone will be signing up in that time anyways, but it felt worth a mention just in case)

The blog will be the last thing to be moved, so any potential status updates will be posted here in the meantime.
